SEC suspends trading in two more OTC companies

First, shares of New Century Financial were suspended for trading this morning, raising concerns that the company may have no choice but to file for bankruptcy.
Currency Day Trading (AXcess News) New York - The Securities and Exchange Commission has been issuing temporary trading suspensions at a brisk pace. Since January 1, 2005, the Commission has temporarily suspended trading in the securities of 38 public companies - often coupled with, or soon followed by, administrative actions seeking to permanently revoke the registration of securities.

Financial Software Trading The two most recent additions to that list are Secure Solutions Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: SSLX) and Netcurrents Information Services, Inc. (Pink Sheets: NCIS and NCISP). On July 15, 2005, the SEC suspended trading in the securities of those companies for ten days, until 12:59 pm on July 26, 2005.
Fred has also been the point man for the sale of two prominent companies to larger, publicly traded corporations.
Online Stock Trading Company In issuing the suspensions, the SEC stated that there is a lack of current and accurate information about the securities of Secure Solutions, and that questions had been raised about the accuracy of disclosures concerning the identity of the Company's officers and directors and the status of its corporate organization.

Forex Day Trading The SEC did not specify which recent statements raised such concerns, but the Company recently issued several press releases. On May 9, 2005, the Company issued a press release claiming that it had been acquired by Secured Solutions Acquisition Corporation, and that Major General (Ret.) Michael W. Davidson would become President of Secured Solutions. The Company also stated that it would be involved in the acquisition of homeland defense technologies.

On June 17th, the Company issued a press release indicating that it intended to acquire an entity called Bodacion Technologies, Inc. No terms of the deal were disclosed.
Stock Trading System The trading suspension of Netcurrents securities was issued because there is a lack of current and accurate information about the Company because of its failure to file required periodic reports. The Company last filed a financial report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2001. At that time, Netcurrents had no cash.
