VeriSign and Oracle Collaborate on Developing Mobile Alerts for Oracle Applications

Improved Responsiveness and Corporate Productivity via Wireless Messaging

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA, JUNE 21, 2006 VeriSign, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRSN), the leading provider of intelligent infrastructure services for the Internet and telecommunications networks, is working with Oracle on mobile alerts that allow enterprises to exchange timely information with employees, customers and partners.
VeriSign has integrated the VeriSign Intelligent Messaging Network and its Short Message Service (SMS) capabilities with Oracle technology with the goal of creating a service that allows companies to send wireless alerts directly through components of the Oracle Fusion Middleware product family, including Oracle Service Delivery Platform and Oracle Collaboration Suite.
