I remember going out to lunch with a group of young people. We talk so many posts about business opportunity.
I like to take a look, but it was mostly pretense, just touching the words of business opportunity with my eyes and making a swallowing movement accompanied by a delighted smile.

Dubai's most innovative property developer Omniyat Properties today announced the launch of its eighth project in Dubai, a majestic 19-storey modern office twin tower located in Business Bay, the city's prestigious downtown business hub. The AED 1.2 billion (USD 327 million) Octavian is Omniyat's first project to be launched in 2008, and is one of eight developments that will quadruple the value of Omniyat's Dubai property portfolio to AED 21 billion (USD 6 billion) in 2008.
